I have not posted anything since 2012.....holy smokes time goes by fast.

Hello All,

I wanted to post a new blog about fitness. Since I have last posted, my life has changed quite dramatically. I have graduated college, had a daughter, and moved into our own home. I have gone through a lot of life for the past 7 years.

I am going to talk about fitness, and body perspective after pregnancy and birth.

I have gained a lot of weight throughout my pregnancy-- my baby weighed a whole 8 lbs and 12 oz at birth.

Since birth I have lost quite a bit of weight, but still have fat around my tummy and hips.

I am currently trying out a program called Fit with Iulia.
She is also a momma and has a great body.
